Meaning: A friend is someone always there for you. Be a good friend to others, and maybe they will to you. Even though God and family come first and second, your friends are also there for you. If you treat them right, and have a good attitude, they are most likely to stay around you. "A single rose can be my garden... a single friend, my world." is talking about a rose can be your garden; a friend is your world. A garden is just a part of your house, or referring to anything small around you; the world is everything to you. Treat your friends right. One day, with time, you will see who your true friends are. Even if you lose friends during your life, at least be a friend to others.
